Increasing the productivity of the employees in "Climatronic" Ltd. through training for updating and expanding their professional qualification

Climatronic EOOD is more than 15 years among the leading companies in the area of producing and servicing ventilation, heating and air conditioning installations. For the company adaptation to the constantly changing labor market and its necessity of highly qualified work force with the realization of the project is planned 85 persons employed in Climatronic to pass trainings related to enhancing their professional qualification. According to the identified needs of the persons from the target group, and to acquire new knowledge and skills, is planned they to be engaged in trainings for enhancing their professional qualification, as follows: - 55 persons – in training for acquiring of third qualification degree, part of the profession “Installer of power equipment and installations” , code 522040, specialty “Heat Department”, code 5220409; - 30 persons – in training for acquiring of third qualification degree, part of the profession “Technician of power equipment and installations ” , code 522030, specialty “Heat Department”, code 5220309; Thus, the main aim of the project will be reached – increasing of the professional qualification and adaptability towards the labor market for 85 persons employed in Climatronic EOOD. The project includes the following activities: 1. Providing of professional training for enhancing the professional qualification for 85 employees in Climatronic. Through the implementation of the project, the following results will be achieved: 1. 85 persons from the target group, successfully passed trainings for increasing their professional qualification. 2. Improvement of the adaptability of the employees in the company in the conditions of constantly changing environment on labor market. 3. Stimulating of the persons from the target group for long life learning. 4. Increased competitiveness of Climatronic. 5. Established conditions for sustainable employment in the company. The project is planned to be completed within 12 months.
