Conducting trainings for IREL STROY AND PROJECT employees

The project is prepared in response to identified needs of the employees to improve their adaptability and adaptability to the dynamic changes in the labor market in the Construction sector by improving the access to lifelong learning opportunities. The following are defined: Overall objective: Enhance the quality of the workforce by including training and validating up-to-date professional skills. Specific objectives: Increasing the competitiveness and adaptability of the employees of IREL STROY AND PROJECT Ltd. towards the rapid changes in the labor market through their inclusion in training. Increasing investment in human capital and achieving higher quality employment by providing lifelong learning opportunities and validating acquired competencies. The target group consists of 37 employees of IREAL STROY AND PROJECT Ltd. at the following positions: • Worker in construction; • Installer; • Formworker, • Technical Manager; • Engineer; • Group leader; • Specialist, Labor and Wages; • Electrical engineer; • Technical Assistant, Employed in the enterprise, sector F Construction, code 43.99 Other specialized activities nec. Implementation activities included in the project: 1. Providing training to increase the professional qualification of employed persons 2. Training to acquire key competencies of employees The expected results are: - 31 employees underwent a training course for acquiring qualification in the profession 582040 "Builder-installer" from the field of architecture and construction education and professional field 582 "Construction"; - Validated knowledge and skills by issuing certificates of vocational training; - 6 people who have completed a training course on key competency 2 "Communication in foreign languages"; - Increased competitiveness and adaptability of employees according to the actual needs of the enterprise.
