The project proposal is in line with the needs of the target group in terms of providing employment, stable earnings, increased skills and competitiveness in the labor market, social cohesion in terms of their socio-economic status and development, while expressing the need for a skilled labor force tailored to the real needs of the employer in order to increase the competitiveness and productivity of the employees as a guarantee for the successful development of the company. The plan is to do this by acquiring professional qualification and key skills from 30 representatives of the target group of employees of MODAK Ltd. through the following activities: Activity 1 - Providing vocational training; Action 2 - Providing training to acquire key competences; Target group: A total of 30 persons employed, among them such as those who have a low education level and / or over 54 years old and are employees at MODAK Ltd., a medium-sized enterprise working in the field of tailoring. Expected results: Employed persons acquiring professional qualification - minimum 30 persons; Employed persons have successfully completed training to acquire key competences - minimum 30 persons;
