Increasing labour productivity for sustainable employment through investments in human capital in "Komers Toni - 91" EOOD

The overall objective of the project is to improve and enhance the competitiveness of the workforce and the economy by implementing appropriate education and training programs that meet the needs of employers in the Hospitality sector and promote lifelong learning. Specific objectives: • Increasing the labor productivity for more sustainable employment of 30 employees in COMMERCE TONI - 91 EOOD by providing training in accordance with the occupied work place. • Extension of the active work activity of the employees and overcoming the gap between demand and supply on the labor market. The following employees of COMMERCE TONI - 91 EOOD were appointed as the target group of the company, with a total of 30 employees (8 people in the position of the Chambermaster, 5 people in the position of Waiter, 7 people in the position Administrator Hotel, 3 people in the position of Pikolo, 6 people In the position of Cook, 1 employee in Salon manager) will be included in the project training, with 16 of the participants having secondary education. The activities to be accomplished to achieve the objectives set forth include the provision of a set of training courses for the acquisition of professional qualifications - according to the position of the relevant staff and the provision of key competency training 2 "Communication in foreign languages".
