Business based on the “Fantastic services” OOD employees’ innovative knowledge, skills and competences“

In the current economic system, the OPHRD 2014-2020 opportunities for development of the labor force stimulate employers to invest in staff trainings financed by ESF. That way companies prepare and adapt to changes in order to be competitive and able to address current labor market challenges. In this regard, the present project proposal aims to increase the knowledge, skills and competences of the employees in the company by providing training related to improving their professional qualification, digital competence and foreign language training. The above mentioned objective will be reached through the implementation of professional trainings for acquisition or improvement of professional qualification and a training for development of key competences for the staff in accordance of the needs and the activity of the company and the job descriptions of each employee. Those trainings and the entire implementation of the project will be conducted within a framework of an effective and efficient project management system. In the planned project activities for professional and key competences trainings will be included 271 permanent contract employees of “Fantastic services” OOD. As a result of the planned trainings, the adequacy of the personnel skills will be improved in line with the current needs of the company, will increase the productivity of the labor force and will create conditions for sustainable employment and respectively employment of better quality jobs. The upgrading and updating of the profession knowledge, skills and competences of the employees in “Fantastic services” OOD will lead to the development of their potential for higher and productive labor, professional development opportunities and higher adaptability to the requirements of the labor market. On the other hand, the implementation of the project will also lead to an increase in the company's capacity and competitiveness and its strengthening as a modern and developing business entity.
