More motivated and more skilled workers - guarantees for success at national and European level

The present project aims at improving the professional competence and competencies of the main staff at "Heros" Ltd. Its implementation will contribute to the qualification of the workforce towards quality and high-productivity labor activity. Concurrently, the project will also meet the staffing needs of adopting professional standards and language skills that will increase the capacity, motivation and productivity of the participants in the project. The short-term and medium-term plans of the applicant defining the objectives of this project proposal are relevant to Priority Axis 1 "Improving Access to Employment and Quality of Work" of the HRD OP and the specific objectives of Investment Priority / IP / 6 for Improving Learning Opportunities Lifelong learning, updating knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as promoting flexible learning processes. In terms of the specific objectives of the IP 6 are the objectives of the project to increase the ability of the employees to overcome the challenges related to the technological changes or the lack of modern professional or key skills, corresponding to the needs of the company. The project envisages trainings for part of the profession of a total of 67 workers and acquisition of foreign language competences of 67 of the persons employed in the company. They will provide access to quality training, motivate lifelong learning, invest in learning new knowledge and skills, provide conditions for full-value, decent work, and reward. For the applicant company, 100% financial support under the "Training of Employees" procedure is essential. Achieving the expected results for improved occupational and key knowledge and skills of the staff will also contribute to enhancing competitiveness, financial and market position, and the possibility of opening new jobs.
