High quality of service provided by qualified and motivated employees

The objectives of the project proposal are fully in line with the objectives of the Human Resources Development Operational Program - to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing productivity, access to quality education and Lifelong learning and enhancing social inclusion. The activities of the project will ensure the increase of the professional qualification of 300 employees, which will contribute to the improvement of their employability. At the same time, the training for the applicant's employees will expand the company's capabilities and capacity to manage EU funded projects. The priorities of this project directly correspond to the priorities set out in Priority Axis 1 "Improving Access to Employment and the Quality of Workplaces" and Area of ​​Intervention 117 by increasing the professional qualification of a total of 300 persons by profession "Physical Security of Objects". The implementation of the activities set out in the project will lead to the development of capacities and increase the adaptability of the workforce to changes in working conditions and according to the needs of the labor market. Ensuring sustainable employment of 300 people in a prosperous sector will increase the self-confidence of the target group's representatives. The development of the country's economy requires new working skills to achieve competitiveness under open market conditions. This project aims to give a chance to the project's employees by giving them the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills. The trainees will become a competitive workforce, which guarantees the achievement of sustainability and European quality and productivity. For the successful implementation of the planned activities, the ESF financial support is relied on through the "Training for Employed Persons" procedure under OPDHR.
