Improving the qualification of the employees in "Phobos" Ltd.

"Phobos" Ltd. is a specialized company for processing, packaging and sale of coffee and tea. The company was established in 2002, with the list of staff members currently employing 23 employees on a permanent employment contract. Two of them have higher education, the other 21 have secondary and lower education. So far, the company has proven to be a serious, flexible, modern and capable salesman in the branch. He notes good revenue, reports considerable profit, has the necessary fast liquid assets to provide financial resources for servicing his activity. He conducts an investment policy of renovation of the production facilities and introduction of modern production technologies leading to an increase in volume Production and sales, quality improvement and cost reduction, providing in long term the realization of the production, goods and services, and the conduct of a competitive pricing policy. The company owns several brands of coffee: Fantasy, Flamingo and Voice. It has a well-established and functioning HACCP system. At present, the company has its own company stores in the cities of Sofia, Montana, Vratsa and Stara Zagora, but the prospect is to enter with own production in the markets of Greece, Macedonia and Serbia.All this necessitates an increase in the requirements for the workforce, both in terms of skills for working with new production technologies and foreign language knowledge. This project fully complies with HRD OP strategy for higher and higher quality employment. Through the implementation of Proposed project will increase the professional qualification of 15 employees, as well as their communication in English, which will significantly improve their suitability for permanent employment. The project proposal meets the priorities of the Intervention-Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups.
