Training for employees in "BY SURPRISE BG" Ltd.

The project is aimed at providing training for the improvement of professional qualification and key competencies of employees in BY SURPRISE BG Ltd.The management of the company is constantly striving to increase the knowledge and skills of its employees to create sustainable employment and to offer ever-Quality jobs. BY SURPRISE BG does not cease to develop, aiming at expanding, improving and improving its main activity related to the provision of services in the field of advertising, marketing, web design, production of promotional souvenirs and gifts, their sale, delivery, logistics and Quality control and the need for qualified and trained staff in this field are of the utmost importance for the achievement of these objectives. The project will enable the persons employed in BAY SERPRAYE BG to acquire professional qualification and competencies for the implementation of activities, which are in need of the company. The target group is 6 employees in the company, working on an employment basis with 50% of the target group being in the specific category: a lower education level than ISCED 4-3. The following activities are planned: Activity1:Providing vocational training for acquiring professional qualification of employees from the target group-the result is the acquisition of a third degree of professional qualification for 6 employees; Activity2:Learning to acquire key competencies of employees from the target group according to the European Qualifications Framework for Key Competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - the result is the acquisition of knowledge and skills in foreign language for 6 employees. Activity3:Organization and management of the project, with the result ensuring effective organization of project implementation; Activity4:Information and publicity resulting in information and publicity measures in accordance with the requirements for implementing the information and communication rules 2014-2020.
