New skills and new opportunities for the employees of "Varteks" Ltd.

VARTEX LTD deals with wholesale of wood, building materials and sanitary equipment. The company has sites on the territory of Sofia as well as in the country. The present project proposal aims to increase the adequacy of the skills of the employees in the enterprise according to the current needs of the employer, to increase the productivity of their work and to create conditions for sustainable employment and, accordingly, the occupation of higher quality jobs. In accordance with the requirements of the Application Procedures, the Company will organize training for the acquisition of a professional qualification of its employees in the "Sales Consultant" and "Automotive Engineering" with a module for work with forklifts and electrical forklifts. There will also be a training for acquiring a qualification in the "Trade Representative" specialty, as well as key competences "Communication of foreign languages" and "Digital competence". Within the framework of the project, activities will also be carried out: Activities for project organization and management and Information and communication activities. The implementation of the project activities will implement the objectives set out in the Operational Program "Human Resources Development" as well as those from the national and European strategic documents in the field of lifelong learning and social development for the period 2014-2020.
