Increasing the professional qualification of the employees in DRESSMAKER LTD

The project "Improving the professional qualification of the employees in DRESSMAKER Ltd." has as its main purpose "To give the employees of DRESSMAKER Ltd the opportunity to increase their professional qualification and abilities in the field of textile manufacturing ". Specific Objectives are: 1. To provide the opportunity for the formation of new knowledge and skills and the acquisition of the professional qualification of a total of 110 employees in a perspective area for professional realization, such as textile industries . 2. Ensure the possibility of forming key competences for communication in a foreign language to a total of 87 persons employed by DRESSMAKER Ltd. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Acquiring professional qualification of the employees in DRESSMAKER Ltd. 2. Conduct training on key foreign language competence of the employed. By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: 1) A total of 110 persons employed (of which at least 50% of them with secondary and / or lower education) occupying different positions will acquire the 3rd qualification degree in the following professions: - 73 people from the position of Tailors, 1 from the position of Tailors poster, 15 from the position Male / lady tailor, 21 from the position manuals are expected to undergo training for the acquisition of a profession 542040 Modeling officer - clothing technologist 5420401 Textile apparel fabrication, modeling and technology ; A total of 110 workers; 2) As a result of the implementation of the project activities, sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of the employed in the labor market will be ensured, meeting the needs of the textile industry.
