Training of employees in ET ZHELYAZKO ZHELYAZKOV

ET “Zhelyazko Zhelyazkov” was established in 1992 in Burgas with main economic activity 43.21-Construction of electrical installations. The company is a member of the Chamber of Builders, registered in Third Group - second and third category of construction works from the energy infrastructure, and Fifth Group - all finishing works. Since 2008, ET “Zhelyazko Zhelyazkov” is operating with systems in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. The company has specializes in construction of transformer substations and photovoltaic systems, building of street lighting, as well as their maintenance; construction, repair and reconstruction of substations, construction of cable and air lines. The company has released a number of projects on the territory of the country involving construction and repair of the contact network, electrical and security installations, lines and networks. Since its inception, the company is developing and supporting the acquisition of professional skills for its employees, actively stimulating their personal and social development through various forms of training. The management goal is to work towards improving the quality of workers by providing quality initial and follow-up training with mentor in the first months of employment, refreshing and upgrading trainings for more successful and efficient work with high-technological equipment. As a natural continuation of this policy comes the current project proposal for including the employees from different units in the company in subsidized vocational trainings and training for acquiring key competencies. The main economic activity of the company is not in the list of priority sectors and according to the applying conditions for the selection of the persons which are to be included in the training, not only their duties and responsibilities in the company are considered, but also the level of education requirement - with graduate degree lower than ISCED 4.
