Sustainable employment by acquiring new knowledge and skills at "NIKI" EOOD

The project proposal provides the training of 122 persons employed in Niki Ltd. for acquiring and enhancing professional qualification and key competencies in Niki EOOD. It is envisaged that 66 persons will undergo two kinds of training - professional and key competence, as set out in the project proposal. Activities in the project proposal: I.Professional qualification: 1.Training 2nd degree of professional qualification - "Seller - consultant" of 7 persons; 2.Training 1st degree of professional qualification - "Welder" of 10 persons; 3.Training of 1st degree of professional qualification - "Schlosser" to 53 persons; The first degree training courses have a workload of 300 hours /45 min./, Of which: Theory - 90 hours. And Practice-210 hours. The second qualification degree 660 hours /45 min./ of which -Theory 264h. And Practice 396h. II.Training on Key Competencies: 1.Key competence 2 "Foreign language communication" to 29 employees, of which 22 in English and 7 in French with a duration of 300 hours. 2.Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence" of 89 employees with duration of 45 hours. III.Activity will also be provided, which is 10% of direct costs: -Organization and project management activities; -Information and communication activities that will meet the conditions and requirements described in the Beneficiary's Unified Handbook for the implementation of the 2014-2020 information and communication rules; The trainings will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the National Legislation. Successful graduates will be issued with a document certifying the acquired qualification and a certificate for passing a level of education in a foreign language. Students will be divided into groups of up to 15 people per group. The activity of the company is in sector 25.11 "Manufacture of metal structures and parts thereof", where 84% of the persons included in the training are with average or lower education and / or over 54 years.
