The project proposal "Training for employees in Master-Pick" EAD is aimed at providing the opportunity to increase the adequacy of the skills of the employed persons in the company to the contemporary challenges of the economic environment and the changing conditions. Within the framework of the project, conditions will be created for acquiring and enhancing professional competences and knowledge and developing skills for the work of the employees by providing vocational training in professions and specialties specific to the catering sector in order to cover the requirements of the respective positions In the enterprise and improving the quality of the workforce. Vocational training will meet the requirements of the employer, but it is also important for the person who has the opportunity to realize his labor potential. Employees are one of the key factors for the product produced at the catering company. Their knowledge, skills and competencies are used in the everyday production process, so employee training is key to the quality of catering.
