Improvement of the qualification of the employees in "Christian Shoes" Ltd.

The company "Christian shoes" Ltd. is established in 2008 in the town of Gabrovo with main activity production of shoes and footwear. The company is successor of the traditions in the footwear industry, which is characteristic for the region. The company is a market leader for everyday footwear on a national scale. The brand is well known to consumers and enjoys their trust and loyalty. The integration of four major components ensures quality production: innovations, technologies, responsibility and attitude towards the client. The company produces a wide range of men's, ladies' and children's shoes from different types of materials, depending on the customers wishes. The company's serial products are more than 70 items of high quality, modern design, different colours and avant-garde packaging. The aim of the project is to increase the qualification of the company's employees, to update the knowledge, skills and competencies of the workforce. As a result, the adequacy of their skills will be improved in line with the company's current needs, will increase the productivity of their work, will contribute to the improvement of the quality of the produced products and will facilitate the company's entry into the international market. For the realization of the project goals and results the following activities will be carried out: 1. Providing professional training for the acquisition of professional qualification of the employees of the company through a Licensed Vocational Training Center, selected with tender procedure for selection of contractor under art. 50 of the MRESIF Act. 2. Training in key competency 2 "Communication in foreign languages". The project proposal includes the training of 47 employees - 47 people will acquire professional qualification and 43 people - key competence "Communication in foreign languages".
