Enhancing the Qualifications of Staff in TMT OOD

Within the framework of the present project proposal, training will be organized and conducted in the field of professional qualification and key competencies in order to increase the ability of the employees of TMT OOD to meet the rapid changes in the labor market due to structural factors such as Globalization and technological change, as well as meeting the current needs of the business. The trainings are targeted at the specific needs of the target groups and for this purpose the representatives of the target groups - employees in TMT OOD will be involved in trainings in view of the specifics of their work and their needs for raising knowledge and skills, as in Professional qualifications as well as key competencies. For best results, the identified problems and needs of the project target groups, as well as the objectives of the present procedure, lead to the selection of activities. Regarding the professional qualification, there will be trainings for 88 persons, representatives of the target group, 28 of them will be trained in the Knitting Profession, the Knitter on a Desktop Knitting Machine and 60 on the Occupation Worker in Clothing Industry ", Specialty" Production of clothing". Key competence training will be in Key Competency 4 "Digital Competence". In view of the dynamic changes in the business and the penetration of information technologies as an integral part of the everyday life of all employees, in the area of ​​digital competences, 88 representatives of the target group will be trained. The activities are selected to ensure the achievement of the objectives, results and indicators set in the project proposal, respectively to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the grant procedure - BG05M9OP001-1.021 "Training of Employed persons" under the Operational Program "Development of Human Resources "2014-2020".
