Thus, individuals would be given the option of sustainable employment at the workplace as well as personal and professional development, satisfying the current needs of their employer and in parallel - increasing their competitiveness and attractiveness in the labor market. The overall objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the specific one: 1. to acquire a professional qualification of 171 employees in the position of Security Officer at "Army Security BG" Ltd. through inclusion in training in the professional field "Security". The project will achieve its objectives by implementing the activities: 1. Training of 171 employees in the position of Security Officer at "Armi Security BG" Ltd. for acquiring professional qualification in the "Security" 2. Measures to implement visualization and publicity of activities, results and funding. As a result of the achievement of the objectives of the project and the implementation of the envisaged activities, the adequacy of the skills and professional knowledge of 171 of the employees in the company in the security position will be increased, in line with the current needs of the business, with the requirements of the position and the inviolability of the trainees . It will also increase the labor productivity of these people and create conditions for sustainable employment and respectively better jobs, as well as increase their competitiveness in the labor market and horizons for personal and professional development, and quality of life. This will also prevent social exclusion and the fight against poverty. On the other hand, it will increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of the company for recruiting new employees, preserving the current and attracting new clients and providing higher quality of the services offered.
