Development of the Human Capital in DOMKO Ltd.

The “Development of the Human Capital in DOMKO Ltd.” Project plans the provision of specialized training for company employees. This measure appears as a kind of social benefit for the employees covered by the target group and through it they will improve their skills in areas affecting their usual work. Due to the increasing active-life expectancy, growing mobility between different forms and sectors of employment and evolving business, workers are required to develop their skills continuously in order to be competitive in the labour market. Successful completion of the planned training will help participants gain confidence in fulfilling their duties with reduced levels of stress. Investing in their professional qualifications will also increase their motivation in the workplace. DOMKO Ltd. as a company has achieved its leading position in the market of modern interior solutions for home and office thanks to the pursuit of constant development and introduction of innovations. This project is a natural extension of this philosophy and the notion that investing in human capital is just as important if not even more important than investing in materials. The growth of every employee in a company inevitably leads to the growth of the company itself.
