TRAININGS FOR EMPLOYED PERSONS

The project envisages partnership of companies engaged in the protection of sites and individuals, including the use of technical security systems. The project will meet the needs of providing equal access to opportunities for lifelong learning for all age groups, updating of knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, and promoting flexible learning processes. The target group of the project includes the employed in medium-sized enterprises from the following specific categories: a completed degree lower than ISCED 4 (do not have education higher than average). The objectives of the project are to increase the ability of employees to meet the rapid changes in the labor market and to increase the number of employees with secondary and lower education who have acquired new knowledge and skills. The main activities of the project includes: 1. Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons 2. Training for Key Competencies for Employees under the European Qualifications Framework on: Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence" Expected results: the adequacy of the skills of the representatives of the target group will be increased in line with the current needs of the business; raising the productivity of the target group's employees and creating conditions for sustainable employment and, respectively, the employment of better quality jobs. Improving the skills of the employed contributes to their successful integration into the labor market, their retention and especially to enhance their career development opportunities and to find better and more suitable work. Appropriate skills and competences are fundamental to inclusion in working life but also to inclusion in social and civic life. They contribute to rapid cohesion in an EU context based on mutual understanding, tolerance for differences and active civil society
