Training of the employees of Hastings Ltd

The implementation of the project “Training of the employees of Hastngs Ltd” will contribute to the enhancement of the professional qualifications and the language competencies of the personnel. This will improve the quality of the services provided by hotel Yastrebets Wellness and SPA and thus will satisfy the employer’s necessity of qualified staff, and will bring up-to-date the personnel’s knowledge, skills and capabilities and will verify their newly obtained competencies which will increase their competitiveness and ability to adapt to the labour market’s needs. The project’s target groups are the employees of the Company hired by labour contract, which are secondary school graduates (more than 50% of the total number of the company’s personnel included in the training activities), as well as employees over 54 years of age (21%). The overall project objective is to enhance the abilities of the staff to adapt to the forthcoming intensive changes in the labour market and the constantly mounting employer’s requirements by improving and further developing the knowledge and the skills of the employees, through achievement of the following specific objectives: 1 Obtaining or enhancement of the level of the professional qualification of the workers, and verification of their newly acquired skills; 2 Improvement of their apprehension in key competencies. The expected results by realization of the projects are the following: 1 Acquired or improved professional qualification of 98 employees; 2. Acquired or improved competency of 90 employees in Key competency 2 “Communication in foreign languages”. The activities by which the expected results are to be achieved are: 1. Providing professional training for acquisition and improvement of the professional qualification of the employees; 2. Training for acquisition of key competencies of the employees according to the European Qualification Framework, in Key competence 2 “Communication in foreign languages”.
