Raising professional and key skills through employee training in "InterSource" Ltd.

The company "Intersource" Ltd. was established in 2011. The main code of economic activity of the company is 14.13 Manufacture of outerwear, not work-clothing. Since its foundation, the company has been aiming both to develop the company itself on the market and to develop its own capacity and potential. The management of the company understands that the success of their business depends on the people working in this company and represent it on the market. In order to be able to use rationally the time, financial, administrative and human resources, special knowledge, understanding of the tasks and training of the employees are necessary. The current project aims to increase the ability of the non-priority target group to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of dynamic technological development, globalization, aging, etc. The objectives of the project are fully in line with the OPHRD objectives to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing the services offered and enhancing social inclusion. The expected outcome of the training courses is that employees acquire all the knowledge and skills needed to perform their daily tasks, build trust between management and employees, and motivate them to develop. The project envisages the following activities: training courses for acquiring professional qualification and communication in foreign languages ​​for 234 permanent employees who do not fall into the priority sector, but over 50% of them have completed educational Grade lower than ISCED 4 (they not have higher than average education). For this purpose, the company provides for the training to be carried out by an external contractor, a Vocational Training Center (VTC) with an active National Agency for Vocational Education and Training license for the professions and/or specialties under which the training will take place.
