Improving job quality at BULGARIAN TRUCK SERVICE Ltd.

Balgrigian Trak Servis Ltd. is a medium enterprise, an employer from the town of Slivnitsa, developing its activity in the sphere of servicing. The applicant initiates this project to acquire the professional qualification and key competencies of its employees, part of the project target group, taking into account the fact that high labor productivity is a consequence of the quality of the workforce and motivation for work through the continuous development of skills, According to the current needs of the business. The project aims to protect the applicant's investment in training for the development of professional and key skills, thus creating conditions for sustainable employment. The project proposal provides for the implementation of two direct training activities: vocational part-of-profession, "Office Manager", "Business Administration" and Key Competency 2 "Foreign Language Communication". During the implementation of the project the mandatory indirect activities will be implemented: organization and management, information and communication. The implementation of this project is directly in line with the applicant's development strategy and will contribute to the faster fulfillment of the objectives set in order to adequately meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of technological change and globalization. The company's policy is to take care of maintaining and acquiring new skills for its employees, in line with the requirements of the labor market. The implementation of the project proposal will create conditions for the dissemination and introduction of good practices in the field of continuing education.
