Training for employees in "Tabak Com Engineering" Ltd.

Tabak Com Engineering Ltd. has a priority economic activity falling Economic sectors based on high technology under code 61.10 Telecommunication activity through fixed networks. The project aims to improve the working environment of the company by providing training for the upgrading of qualifications and training on key competence 2 to a total of 15 employees of the company, which in turn will contribute to the improvement of the quality of the jobs and will directly affect the productivity Of the work in the enterprise. The objectives of the project are also linked to the upgrade of the knowledge of the employees related to the individual workplace and the acquisition of new knowledge. Achieving the intended objectives and indicators under the project will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Vocational training in third degree by profession "Computer systems technician" 2. Vocational training in third degree by profession "Commercial Representative" 3. Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" Lifelong learning is a process of continuous, deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills.
