Providing training for the employees of Nadejda 2000 Ltd, for increasing their qualification and key competences

Nadejda 2000 Ltd is a company that produces bread and bread products, organizes transportation and distribution of catering and other foods, vegetables and fruits. The code of its economic activity is 56.29 “Activities related with production and transportation of foods”. Currently the whole staff of the company are 33 people, 32 of them have employment agreements and one – an agreement for management and control. Obtaining professional qualification and raising the skills and the competences of the staff is of a great priority for the management of the company, realizing that the human resource is the most important factor for an enterprise. It is important every person working in the company to raise and update its skills and competences. That is why all of the 33 people, working in the company including its manager will pass various kind of educations. All the 33 people from the staff will obtain professional qualification in various specialties, which will contribute to their more effective work – workers, drivers, cookers, sellers, technical specialists and administration. The employees which will upgrade and improve their computer or language skills are 13, from them 8 people will study English language and 5 will improve their computer skills. From one part this will lead to better and more optimal work of the company, finding new partners and enlarging its activity. From another part, through various training of the employees, the quality of their working places will raise, guaranteeing the educated staff’s job places and increasing their incomes. The project implementation will contribute to the achievement of these purposes through the following activities: 1.Providing professional education for obtaining or raising the professional qualification of the employed people; 2. Providing training on key competences 2“Foreign languages communication” and 4“Digital competence” for the staff of the company.
