Upgrading the knowledge, skills and competencies of employees in "Shop Market" ltd

The realization of this project will help Shope Market Ltd. to satisfy the need to increase the qualification of the employed. The overall objective of the project is to increase the labor productivity and the adequacy of the skills of the employees in the company, as well as to create conditions for sustainable employment through inclusion in relevant training sessions. The project target group includes 60 employees at Shop Marketing OOD. Employed persons will have secondary education and over 54 years of age with an appropriate entry level for the profession. The main activities of the project are related to organizing and conducting trainings in the two companies: Professional qualification: Specialty "Design, modeling and technology of textile apparel" - third degree - 10 Persons Professional qualification: Specialty "Knitter on a desktop knitting machine" - first qualification degree - 10 pieces. Persons and specialty: Operator in the production of clothing - second degree degree - 30 pcs. Persons Key Competence 4 - Digital Competence - 60 Persons The expected results are: - 50 persons training in vocational qualification and 60 with acquired level of competence of digital competence; - increased motivation to work; - improved competitive positions; - increased economic performance of the organization in the region and the country.
