The implementation of this project will help Dimitur Boikov - ADI EOOD to meet the need to improve the qualification of the employed, where the knowledge of professional skills becomes a condition for quality, competitiveness and high standard of work. We envisage vocational training of 40 persons. Occupants by profession: Restaurant, specialty: Catering and training of 20 pcs. Persons by profession Cook, spec .: Production of culinary products and beverages. The main activity of DIMITAR BOYKOV - ADI Ltd. is the management of a fully Bulgarian food supermarket chain. The buildings are equipped with modern equipment - Refrigerated showcases - horizontal and vertical, Trade boxes with conveyor belt, Barcode scanner-reader, Labeling printer, Video surveillance, Warm showcase - Ben-Marie, Barbecue and others. For 10 years, the warm showcase, which is traditional for the Super Markets Arena, has grown as a major market share in the supply of ready meals. The company's business is growing in: • Corporate Catering • Organization of nutrition in enterprises • Events and celebrations - Chilled foods The company employs 72 employees of which: Higher education - 4; Average - 60; Primary education - 6; No education - 2 persons; Over 54 years - 8 persons. Employees over 54 have secondary education, Strict adherence to the requirements of the procedure motivates us to include in KP training those meeting the specific criteria - employed and having a lower education level than ISCED 4 (do not have higher than average education), will include And persons over the age of 54. The professions fully meet the requirements for acquiring new skills and competences covering the job descriptions of each of the jobs.
