Dexa Petrol Ltd. was founded in 2007 with the main activity retail trade of automotive fuels and lubricants. On the Bulgarian market, it has become famous for its high quality products. The management of the company realizes that the human resource is the most important for an enterprise. "Dexa Petrol" LTD is constantly in place Efforts to improve the qualifications of its employees. In connection with the expansion of the company and the need to improve the qualification of the employees, the management of the company decided to apply under this procedure. The main objective of the project proposal is to increase the qualification of the employees in the company. As a result, the company's competitiveness will increase, which in turn will lead to higher revenues, which will directly benefit employees. The actions through which the target will be achieved are: 1. Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of fifteen employees; 2. Learning to acquire Key Competencies in "Communication of Foreign Languages" to fifteen people; The total number of employees to undergo vocational training is fifteen, all of whom will also take part in foreign language learning.
