Enhancement of the qualification of HP Inc Bulgaria’s employees

In this project proposal it is envisaged to organise and deliver training in digital competencies with a view to improving the capacity of the employees of HP Inc Bulgaria EOOD to face the coming rapid changes on the labour market against the background of dynamic global processes of restructuring, outsourcing and IT development. The training events are aimed at the specific needs of the target groups, the plan being to include the representatives of the target groups – employees of HP Inc Bulgaria EOOD – in the training in line with the specificity of their work and their needs to improve their knowledge and skills. With a view to achieving best results, the choice of activities was informed primarily by the problems experienced by and needs identified with the project target groups, as well as by the objectives of this procedure. The activities included in the project fall under Key Competence 4 “Digital Competence” focused on work with specialised software. Activities are selected in such a way as to ensure the achievement of the objectives, outcomes and indicators included in the project proposal, and, respectively, contribute to the achievement of the objectives of grant procedure BG05M9OP001-1.021 „Training of Employees" under the 2014-2020 Human Resources Development Operational Programme. As a result of implementing this Project the following outcomes will be achieved: - Enhanced knowledge and skills of 405 employees of HP Inc Bulgaria EOOD in the field of digital competencies through participation in training on work with specialised software; - Improved and sustained adequacy of the skills of HP Inc Bulgaria EOOD employees with the needs of the company and the business as a whole; - Improved career development opportunities for the representatives of the target group; - Enhanced productivity of staff in HP Inc Bulgaria EOOD and created sustainable employment; - Improved quality and value added services provided by the Company.
