The project proposal is aimed at creating conditions for the sustainable employment of 15 employees in KELOSMAN - 91 LTD by raising and / or acquiring professional qualification in 2 basic professions for the employer, namely "sales consultant" and "supplier", as well as formation of capacity through training of employees (2) in parts of the professions "office manager" and "assistant in small and medium business". On the other hand, the project focuses on the development of personality key competences that are relevant to today's career development and employment - a key competency "Digital Skills". An essential fact in support of the need to implement this project is the integration of the needs of target groups (people with primary and secondary education of ethnic origin and over 54) with the need of the local community to create conditions for sustainable employment for reduction of migratory and emigration processes, typical of the region of Glodjevo mayoralty, Vetovo municipality, Rousse district. On the other hand, the project is fully in line with the need to form qualified personnel of the employer KELOSMAN - 91 Ltd. by acquiring professional qualification and developing key competencies to mediate the professional realization of the persons within the company.
