Development of the qualification skills of the employees of "Elengineering" Ltd.

The company "Elengineering" Ltd. is founded in 2001 in Plovdiv as a company with main activity construction, installation, maintenance and testing of electrical installations and electrical equipment of public, industrial and residential buildings. In order to be able to use rationally the time, financial, administrative and human resources, special knowledge, understanding of the tasks and training of the employees are necessary. The current project aims to increase the ability, qualification of the company's employees, updating the knowledge, skills and competencies of them, which are a priority target group, to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of dynamic technological development, the aging of the population and others. The expected outcome of the training courses is that employees acquire all the knowledge and skills needed to perform their daily tasks, build trust between management and employees, and motivate them to develop. The project envisages the following activities: training courses for acquiring professional qualification, training for acquisition of digital competence and communication in foreign language for 9 employees on labour contract who do not belong to the priority sector but more than 50% of them have completed educational grade lower than ISCED 4 (no higher education than high school) and aged over 54 years. „The following activities will be implemented to achieve the objectives set and achieve the results: 1. Providing professional training for the acquisition of professional qualification of the employees of the company through a LVTC, selected with tender procedure for selection of contractor under art. 50 of the MRESIF Act. 2. Training in KC 4 "Digital Competence". The project includes the training of 9 employees - will acquire professional qualification as well as training for KC 4 "Digital competence".“
