Provision of job-specific trainings for the workplaces in Aero Technic BG Ltd

The main objective of the project is to create conditions for sustainable employment for 37 employees in Aero Technic BG and 3 newly recruited young people inactive on the labor market. In this regard the project proposal includes implementing trainings that will lead to the acquisition of skills specific to the company's workplaces. As a result of the trainings, the representatives of the target group will increase their qualification and thus their chances of long-term professional realization in a promising company offering opportunities for career development.Project activities include two types of training. The first is for Boeing 737-300 / 400/500 aircraft with CFM56-3 for category B1 / B2. The second training is for an aircraft type ATR42 / 72 with PWC PW120 - category B1 / B2. Everyone in the target group will cross one of them. The training will include a theoretical and practical part, each of which is considered as a separate course ending with the acquisition of a separate type of certificate. The acquired certificates are one of the conditions for acquiring aircraft maintenance licenses which are internationally recognized qualifications and competencies. On the other hand, the successful implementation of the project will help Aero Technic to become the only Bulgarian company operating on the territory of Bulgaria, which holds a Base Technical maintenance license for an aircraft type Boeing 737-300/400/500 with engine CFM56-3. Currently the company has the right to carry out only line maintenance of this type of aircraft. In order to expand its services to providing base maintenance, Aero Technic must have sufficient qualified employees holding Technical maintenance licenses for the relevant aircraft types, operating under the basic technical maintenance.Owing to the qualifications gained and the increased number of employees, Aero Technic will meet the need of qualified staff that will enable it to develop by expanding the range of services it offers.
