Increasing professional competence in Innovation BG Ltd. through the implementation of specific training

"Innovation" BG Ltd. is a company developing its main activity in the chemical products industry and in particular in the production of nicotine fluids for electronic cigarettes. The additional economic activity of the company is related to the trading of liquids for electronic cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and consumables and accessories for them. The rapid growth rate of the company, linked to the ever-growing portfolio of manufactured and marketed products, necessitates a constant increase in the number of staff employed. The specific sector of activity of the organization also determines the lack of suitable personnel, because "Innovation BG" Ltd. is the only producer of electronic cigarette liquids in Bulgaria. For this reason, by applying for this procedure, the company intends to carry out activities directly targeting the inclusion of employed and inactive / unemployed people in training specific to the workplace. These trainings will be directly geared to the specifics of the production process and the product portfolio offered by the company. This will create prerequisites for the career development of two inactive / unemployed persons under the age of 29, who through this project proposal will receive training specific to the company's jobs and will be offered to be recruited. A second significant effect is the provision to those already in the company of the opportunity to increase their knowledge and skills, which will lead to their career development in one of the most rapidly developing economic sectors in the country. Last but not least, inclusion in specific training for inactive and employed people will lead to an increase in the company's production capacity and improved customer relationships.
