Improve adaptability of workplaces by participating in workplace specific training in Stad Bliznakov Ltd.

This project proposal will provide an opportunity for employees in Stad Bliznakov to acquire new or expand their knowledge and skills through training specific to the workplace. The project aims to create sustainable jobs for Stad Bliznakov employees as well as to unemployed and / or inactive persons and to improve their professional development by providing specific training that will lead to their integration into the labor market. After passing the training, individuals will increase and adapt their skills to Stad Bliznakov's current needs. This will facilitate their adaptation to working conditions and will enable them to improve their career development, increase their knowledge in the field of steel processing. In the long run, providing employees with the opportunity to acquire new or improve their knowledge and skills, the project will provide prerequisites for continued employment and will improve the quality of life of the target group. The achievement of the project goals and results will be achieved through performing the following activities: 1. Including employees in work-specific training 2.Involvement of inactive and / or unemployed people in training specific to the specific workplace. 3. Inclusion of successfully completed trainees inactive and / or unemployed in non-subsidized employment in Stad Bliznakov. This project provides access to high quality training for employed, inactive and / or unemployed people, which will lead to better career development opportunities, employment protection and prevention of the risk of exclusion of people from the labor market, labor productivity and, hence, the quality of life. The project provides opportunities for employed, inactive and / or unemployed people to engage in specific trainings that will be tailored to modern trends for specific training and will also contribute to the personal growth of trainees.
