"Mtel for Mtel: Technologies with a future"

The project proposal "Mtel for Mtel: Technologies with a future" has the following specific objectives (SO). SO1. Satisfying the current needs of A1 Bulgaria as an employer in accordance with a specific set of his needs by providing specific job training for 167 company employees. SO2. Ensuring conditions and opportunities for sustainable employment of 167 specialists in one of the most technologically and dynamically developing sectors, based on knowledge, high technology and ICT - that of telecommunications. SO3. Conducting 26 types of specific training for 167 highly qualified employees of A1 Bulgaria, which will provide the highly specialized knowledge and skills necessary for the development of new services and products in the largest telecommunication company in Bulgaria by number of fixed Internet customers. The training's will be carried out by a contractor selected under ZUSESIF and PMS 160 / 07.01.2016. From October 21, 2016 A1 Bulgaria launched a step-by-step process for restructuring and optimizing the organizational structure of the company. The functions and responsibilities of a pre-existing Total Technical Direction were divided into two new Directions. The 5 project activities will cover employees from the 2 Directions and will provide highly specific competencies to 167 highly qualified employees in the following telecoms policies in the period 2018-2019 - configuration and support of the voice and data network in A1 Bulgaria; development of new IT services and solutions in Direction "Information technologies and services"; development of new IT services and solutions in the Direction "Network and Services Division"; development of the convergence network and services in A1 Bulgaria; improving the quality of services and support in A1 Bulgaria. The expected results of the trainings are 167 employed persons to acquire training in accordance with identified needs of A1 Bulgaria, and focussed on the specifics of the pursued their activities.
