Specific trainings in VELOMANIA LTD

Velomania Ltd. has been active since 2000 in the design and production of more than 150 bicycle models: road and track, Cross Country, DH, Free Ride, urban, electric, for children, for amateur, extreme and competitive cycling. As one of the leading brands of bicycles in Bulgaria and Eastern Europe today DRAG represents 40% of the middle and high-end bicycle market in the country and 60% of the production is exported. The consecutive successful stage in the company development has led to the implementation of high-tech equipment and an integrated business process management system. The long-term strategy of Velomania Ltd. envisages to increase the competitiveness of the national and world markets on the basis of increasing its production capacity, developing new modifications, reducing the cost of the main resources, optimizing the production processes and increasing the productivity of labor. For this purpose, the company needs well-trained and highly qualified staff with fundamental knowledge in this field, which the education system in Bulgaria does not provide. In this regard, the management of the company has taken on the difficult task of continuously and regularly conducting specialized trainings of the staff. With this project proposal, the company benefits from the opportunity to apply for funding for the following main activities: 1. Provide job-specific training for company employees and inactive unemployed persons up to 29 years old; 2. Providing training for specialized foreign language training for company employees and inactive unemployed persons up to 29 years old. The implementation of the project will contribute to the sustainable employment in Velomania Ltd. by enhancing the specific knowledge and skills with real commitment and professional integration both of the employees in the company and of the recruited unemployed / inactive persons up to 29 years, which corresponds to the objectives of the procedure.
