DigiMark Studio LTD: preferred employer in the ICT industry in Bulgaria

The project envisages the organisation of specific trainings for 17 employees of Digimark studio LTD and two unemployed/inactive persons up to the age of 29 in 11 specialised modules related to software engineering and business analysis. The foreign language trainings will be in technical English for the ICT industry and will be attended by 11 experts employed in the company. The general objective of the project is to increase the productivity of the company by supporting the adaptability of the workforce to better perform company-specific activities. The sustainable outcome of the project is to maintain the employment of 50% of the target group members involved in the project and successfully complete the training for a period of 6 months after its completion, incl. 9 employed and 1 unemployed/ inactive person. The following activities will be implemented: Activity 1: Involvement of employed persons in M1 and M11, specific for the workplace trainings; Activity 2: Involvement of employed persons in M4, M5 and M7, specific for the workplace trainings; Activity 3: Involvement of employed persons in M2, M3, M8, M9 and M10, specific for the workplace trainings; Activity 4: Involvement of inactive and / or unemployed persons in specific for the workplace trainings; Activity 5: Involvement of employees in specialized foreign language trainings for the respective positions; Activity 6: Including trained inactive and/or unemployed (received a certificate) in non-subsidized employment. The following results will be achieved: Involved unemployed and inactive participants up to 29 years of age - 02; Unemployed and inactive participants up to 29 years of age, who, when leaving the operation, have a job-01; Unemployed and inactive participants up to 29 years of age who, when leaving the operation, have a qualification-02; Employed persons-17; Qualified participants on leaving the operation - 19. The project is implemented under Component 2 and has a duration of 12 months.
