Increasing organizational competence of "Bulwork Company" Ltd., through the implementation of specific training

Bulwork Company Ltd. or better known as Bulwork is the first recruitment agency in Bulgaria specialized in the field of Information Technology and BPO. Selects qualified personnel for various software and hardware companies, contact centers and technical support centers, IT units of leading banking and government institutions. As part of its activities, the company carries out business software development activities, development of software management systems for applicants and adapting the ERP NEXT system to the needs of the respective client. The rapid pace of expansion of the company, linked to the ever-growing portfolio of services, necessitates a constant increase in the number of specialists employed in it. The specific sector of company activity determines the lack of suitable staff to become part of its team. For these reasons, by applying this procedure, the company intends to carry out activities directly aimed at including employed and inactive / unemployed persons to training specific for the working place. These training will be directly focused on the specifics of the company's activities and will be narrowly focused on the recruitment field. Thus, on the one hand, the company will provide prerequisites for the career development of eight inactive / unemployed persons under the age of 29 who will undergo specific training and part of them will be recruited through the present project proposal. And on the other hand, it will provide the company already empowered to raise knowledge and skills and career development in one of the fastest growing economic sectors in the country. Last but not least, inclusion in specific training for inactive and employed people will lead to an increase in the company's working capacity and improved customer relationships.
