Increasing labor productivity at GAMA CONSULT and EU Consult through specific trainings

Through the implementation of this project, the need to acquire specific knowledge for specific jobs in Gama Consult and EU Consult will be met. The overall objective of the project is to increase productivity and quality of work and to create conditions for sustainable employment by enhancing the skills and capabilities of key employees in both companies by including relevant professionals in workplace specific training. Project target groups include: - 1 inactive and / or unemployed person up to 29 years of age; - 48 employed employees - 44 from the applicant and 4 from the partner. The activities included in the project are related to the inclusion of inactive / unemployed persons and employees in specific trainings, as well as the inclusion of the inactive / unemployed trainers (with acquired certificate) successfully in non-subsidized employment. The activities described will have a direct impact on increasing the personal engagement of those who will be able to learn new knowledge and thus become more competitive and attractive. In addition, the project includes activities aimed at young people aged under 29 who will be able to increase their skills and knowledge in a specific field and thus remain in a promising ICT company. With the implementation of the current project, the applicant and the partner will contribute to the improvement of the quality of the workforce, which will be manifested in the following directions - increased skills of key personnel and achieving higher labor productivity with direct effect on the financial indicators and profit of companies.
