"Providing opportunity for specific training in Stemo Ltd."

The realization of this project will satisfy the need to acquire specific knowledge for specific IT jobs in Stemo Ltd. The overall objective of the project is to increase productivity and quality of work and to create conditions for sustainable employment by enhancing the qualifications and capabilities of key positions in the company by including relevant specialists in training specific positions. Project target groups include: 2 inactive and / or unemployed persons up to 29 years, incl. and 116 employed employees of the company. The activities included in the project are related to the inclusion of inactive / unemployed persons and employees in specific trainings, as well as the inclusion of the inactive / unemployed trainers (with acquired certificate) successfully in non-subsidized employment. The activities described will have a direct impact on increasing the personal engagement of those who will be able to learn new knowledge and thus become more competitive and attractive. In addition, the project includes activities aimed at young people aged under 29 who will be able to increase their skills and knowledge in a specific field and thus remain in a promising ICT company. With the implementation of this project, Stemo Ltd. will contribute to the improvement of the quality of the workforce, which will be manifested in the following directions: increased skills of key personnel and higher labor productivity with a direct effect on the financial indicators and profit of the company.
