Specific trainings - interaction between man and artificial intelligence

The project consists of a set of specific trainings aiming to create conditions for improving the suitability of young people for certain jobs in the organization and providing the most advanced high-tech know-how, skills and competencies necessary for the development of specific software products, which by their very nature represent a mutual interaction between man and artificial intelligence - one of the trends in the development of information and communication technologies.This includes new technologies in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence - Machine learning, Intelligent Data Analysis, Technology for Developing Specific Mobile and Web Applications, Software Enhancement and Automation Technologies, Digital Storage, Access to content and data analysis, intelligent management information systems based on state-of-the-art data mining, statistical analysis and visual computing technologies. The realization of this project is entirely focused towards the largest and the most important asset of the company - human resource, and will contribute to increasing the working capacity, efficiency and satisfaction of the work and will increase the quality and productivity of the enterprise. In addition to protecting this asset, the implementation of this project will maximize the creative and innovation potential of this asset and contribute to a higher added value of labor results. An increase in human capital is planned by introducing, adapting and effectively integrating new employees into key company processes for developing high-tech software solutions. The realization of this project will create the conditions for turning the company into an attractive place for young people and talent development and for developing the creative and innovation crate in one of the most competitive and dynamically developing areas.
