Improving the quality of jobs at E-motif Bg Ltd.

E-motive BG Ltd is created in 2013, with the main economic activity: web design, computer processing, internet services of all kind, purchasing of goods and other items etc. Their main code of economic activity is 63.10 – Data processing, hosting and similar activities, web portals. Currently all the staff of E-motive BG Ltd is about 50 people, occupying different positions. Having in mind the fast development of the company activity and improving the quality of the proposed services and the necessity of constantly improving the knowledge and qualification of its employees, the management of E-motive BG Ltd took the decision its employees to be involved in Specific trainings. The trainings are related with the employees’ main activities in the company and are related mainly with on-line trade and web sites management. The current project proposal includes 50 people that will be trained. Two of them are unemployed and non-active, less than 29 years old. After the successful finalization of the training these two people will be employed with employment contracts in the company. The trainings which are foreseen to be organized for the employees are: -Training in Mangeto – 1,9 – 5 people; -Training in Mangeto 2.0 – 10 people; - Training in Sure done – 5 people; - Training in Linnworks – 5 people; - Training in SEO – 10 people; - Training in Advanced Social Media – 10 people; - Training in Web and E-commerce /applying best practice from the USA, UK and Germany/ - 5 people; The specific trainings are related entirely with the activity of the company and the employees’ daily responsibilities. After the finalization of the project E-motive BG Ltd. will have qualified personnel in the field of maintenance and creation of online trading sites.
