Raising the expert level of inactive people and employees in Nemetschek OOD by conducting specific trainings

Nemetschek Bulgaria is one of the most dynamically developing companies acting in the field of Information Technologies.The applied business model i.e. merge of the company experts with the partners teams is the core of the constant growth of the business. This unique model settles down necessity of providing specific trainings which is the main aim of te project: conducting specific trainings for company employees and unemployed in oirder to increasing their productivity and adaptability as a prerequisite for sustainable employment. Specific aims of the project are: -Improvement of the skills and competencies of the target group of 213 employed in NemetscheK OOD in accordance with their identified needs; -Creating conditions for sustainable employment and better quality jobs in Nemetschek OOD. -Training of 4 inactive persons up to 29 years of age in job-specific knowledge and skills - Ensure long-term employment of inactive persons In order to achieve the described objectives, the following project activities are envisaged: - Inclusion of 4 inactive/unemployed persons up to 29 years incl., and 213 employees in work-specific training sessions - Inclusion of successfully completed trainees/unemployed persons (with acquired certificate) in non-subsidized employment at Nemetschek Ltd. - at least 50%. The project target group includes 213 employed persons in Nemetschek OOD on a labor contract and 4 inactive / unemployed persons up to 29 years incl. he main identified needs of the target group are: Need to acquire specific knowledge and skills, which the firm has found to be in short supply, when carrying out its operations.The expected results from the implementation of the project are: - Acquisition of specific knowledge from the target group, corresponding to the needs of the company; - Increasing the labor productivity of the target group, as well as training in company-specific competencies of the unemployed and ensuring their permanent employment;
