Invest in training for employees of Prista Oil - a competitive business strategy

The project defines the following: Overall objective: Enhance lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups in order to update the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce by including them in training sessions. Specific objectives: ▶ Increase labor productivity and adaptability and create conditions for sustainable employment at Prista Oil Holding EAD, by including the employees in training-specific jobs. ▶ Reduce the number of economically inactive young people out of education and training up to 29 years of age by including them in specific training for the specific workplace. Target group: 381 employed in the enterprise Candidate, as well as 2 pcs. inactive / unemployed persons up to 29 years of age, for Sofia and Ruse. The main activities of the project are: 1. Including employees in specific workplace training; 2.Including inactive / unemployed people in specific workplace training. Inclusion in non-subsidized employment. The project supports policy to improve access to employment and the quality of jobs and promote lifelong learning. This is a process aimed at enhancing the quality of each type of work and constantly improving the state of all elements of this concept, as well as enabling a long and productive life of the people at work. The project is expected to promote employment and social inclusion of vulnerable groups (inactive / unemployed youths up to 29 years of age), enabling them to earn income and increase their competitiveness. It will also provide support for the employer in practice, in terms of the planned funds in the project budget and their rational use, leading to a higher financial performance of the company, while updating the knowledge, skills and competencies of the workforce - up to achieving better matching of the labor force with the needs of the labor market.
