Specific trainings at Naicoms Ltd.

The main objective of the project "Specific trainings at Naicoms Ltd." is to increase the labor productivity and adaptability and create conditions for sustainable employment by providing opportunities for specific training in the enterprise and workplace. The first specific objective is to provide prerequisites for the career development of 20 inactive or unemployed people who wish to start professional development by providing modern training tailored to the real needs of Naicoms Ltd. and the new products and services introduced in it in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunications, incl. the narrowly specialized field of telemedicine, in which the company develops one of its core activities. The second specific objective is to offer ongoing training for 10 employees for new or improved products that are used in day-to-day production or will be introduced to provide new and better quality services. In order to achieve the set goals, a total of 8 specific for the work in Naikoms training activities will be carried out. This will increase the knowledge and skills of the target group and thus the trainees will be able to occupy / retain positions in the field of system administration and development of Internet applications / software / hardware support. By increasing the quality and development of human resources, Naicoms' competitiveness will be fully enhanced and the project will contribute to the company's business expansion and taking up new markets.
