Specific trainings - sustainable employment

Project goal: Performing specific trainings that lead to increasing adaptability of the personnel working in the company "Ivan Vassilev - Vibrostroy" Montana, and contribute to sustainable employment - training of 16 persons. Description of the project proposal: This project proposal is aimed at increasing labor productivity and adaptability and creating conditions for sustainable employment by providing the opportunities of specific job trainings. The current project envisages the training of 16 people working on a labor contract in the company "Ivan Vassilev - Vibrostroy" Montana, 8 of which are working on a production line for concrete products and 8 persons working on a machine for the production of polymer products. Activities and measures that are going to be executed in order to achieve the results: 1. Involvement of employees in specific job trainings - 16 persons. 2. Inclusion in specialized foreign language trainings for the employees - 16 persons. 3. Organization and management activity. 4. Information and publicity activity. Set results: 1. Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employees according to the current needs of the company; 2. Increasing labor productivity of workers; 3. Creating conditions for sustainable employment and career development; 4. Acquiring adequate knowledge and skills to be able to keep their jobs or finding better new jobs; 5. Raising the income of the trained employees; 6. The company will ensure itself more qualified staff with appropriate qualifications; 7. Interchangeability of workers to different positions within the company in order for the production process to not suffer in the absence of a worker or in case of additional orders from customers.
