Implementation of specific trainings in Net-Surf.Net Ltd.

The project aims to be acquired new specific skills by employees and unemployed /inactive persons up to 29 years of age through inclusion in specific trainings according to the current and future work place at Net-Surf.Net Ltd and the company needs in order to increase the labor productivity and adaptability, and conditions for sustainable employment in it. The trainings are related directly to satisfaction Net-Surf.Net Ltd and its employees needs for implementation of activity in the sector, based on the high technologies – Telecommunication and implemented under Component II. Target groups are: employees and unemployed and inactive persons up to 29 years of age. Activities aim at achieving the goals by Involving employees in job-specific training; Involvement of inactive / unemployed people in specific training to the workplace; Inclusion of successfully completed training of inactive / unemployed people in employment. The company main needs are: the inability to provide qualitative specific training to its employees according to higher requirements for their activities, to the job and the workplace, as well as new employees’ adequately adaption to the requirements of the workplace and to ensure sustainable employment. Employees needs to improve their skills and productivity. The project will contribute to: 1.Increased labor productivity of employees through improved specific skills 2.Provided opportunities for career development and adaptation to the workplace of inactive/unemployed persons 3.Established conditions for sustainable employment in the enterprise Specific results: 1.Conducted 5 specific trainings - 1 for unemployed / inactive persons and 4 for employed persons 2.Trained 104 employees in specific skills and acquired certificate 3.Trained 2 unemployed and inactive persons up to 29 years of age in specific skills and acquired certificate 4.Opened 1 new work place for Technician, Telecommunications and employed 1 person on labor contract
