Specific trainings at Bilbobul Ltd.

The main objective of the current project proposal is to increase labor productivity and adaptability and create conditions for sustainable employment at Bilbobul Ltd. by providing opportunities for training specific to the enterprise and workplaces in the field of metallurgy. The goal will be achieved through the implementation of activities in three directions: - Involvement of inactive / unemployed people in training specific to the specific workplace - Inclusion in specialized foreign language training for the respective positions of inactive, unemployed and employed persons. - Involve trainees in training specific to the workplace. In the framework of implementation, theoretical and practical training of the employees will be carried out, through which will be acquired knowledge specific to the field of metallurgy. This will lead to an increase in the qualification of the employed persons, respectively the improvement of the production quality and the competitiveness of the applicant.  It is planned to carry out priority activities for recruiting young people up to 29 years of age, including those who are not involved in employment, education or training. With appropriate training the unemployed and / or the employed will have the chance to realize positions that provide more than the average for the country and the knowledge gained in the specific sector will find application of one of the main challenges - a shortage of suitably qualified workforce. Foreign language learning will provide an opportunity to improve communication between all levels of the organization, and will lead to an increase in the skills of the workforce and, respectively, the improvement of the opportunities for realization.
