Provision of specific trainings for the implementation of the official duties in HELI AIR SERVICES

The aim of the project proposal is to create conditions for the sustainable development of 97 of the employees in Heli Air Services by including them in specific trainings, according to their needs and their official duties. To this end, part of the project target group will undergo training to acquire an aircraft maintenance qualification, others will be trained to maintain the good condition and smooth running of a type of engine widely used in the aircrafts, which Heli Air-Services operates. The acquired qualifications will have a direct impact on the extension of Heli Air-Services`s scope of aircraft maintenance and their components. The project activities include three other types of training which aim to increase the level of safety in the company and the services it performs. The acquired by the staff skills will contribute to the timely identification of hazards, taking of effective measures to deal with the risks and improvement of the current level of safety performance in "Heli Air - Services." In the project will participate approximately 80% of the employees of Heli Air Services, performing duties in almost all departments of the company.
