Improvement of the quality of the workplaces in Ciela Norma AD by providing specific training for the employees

With the implementation of the project, Ciela Norma plans to train 30 employees to acquire the specific competencies necessary to fulfill their job tasks, which will improve the quality of their workplaces increase the competencies of their employees, improve the productivity. The project proposal of Ciela Norma AD is a set of activities and measures to achieve the objectives set in the project - providing company-specific training to persons employed in Ciela Norma AD which will lead to increased labor productivity and will create conditions for sustainable employment, in compliance with the real needs of the enterprise, and it will also be able, according to its specific needs, to provide continuing training for some of its employees. The general and specific objectives of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the project activities described below, namely "Involvement of employees in workplace specific training". At the time of implementation of the project, the activities are allocated as follows: - a total period for the implementation of the project 8 months (1st month preparation and conducting a procedure for selecting a contractor with two lots; 2nd month - conducting the training on key competences; from 3rd to 8th month - conducting professional trainings). As a result of the implementation of the project activities, within the framework of the procedure, the employees are expected to acquire adequate knowledge and skills, tailored to the real needs of the enterprise, focusing on the field of activity and occupation in the enterprise and related to the specific requirements of the activity and the production process.
