"LEO – Betonovi izdelia" Ltd. is a producer of concrete products and owns one of the most modern factorie for concrete products in Bulgaria. The production capacity is over 3000 m² of concrete products (slabs, pavers) per day. This allows orders to be placed on large objects in a short time. The delivery of produce takes place all over the country. The equipment allows the production of various items, and they can be painted in over 1 million colors. Own Laboratory performs strict daily control of input materials and production. Employees in the company are 49 people, 17 of whom are directly involved in the production process. The idea of this project proposal is to provide training opportunities who are related to the production equipment and also correspond to the needs of the employees and the employer. There will be 3 training sessions for a total of 19 persons, 18 of them employed in the company, and 1 person will be unemployed / inactive youth up to 29 years old. The project includes the following activities: - "Conducting specific training for job positions" - "Providing Unsubsidized employment" Also a management team will be formed under the project. The team will be responsible for the management, and will implement information and publicity measures. There will be 3 training sessions for a total of 19 persons, 18 of them employed in the company, and 1 person will be unemployed / inactive youth up to 29 years old.
